Our unique program consist of a blend of Pilates,Yoga with Breath Work, Theraball and Bar on a Gravity Gliding System. The Gravity System (a machine designed to enhance pilates core work) builds strong torsos which results in a healthier, firmer and flexible body.
Barry Method is terrific not only for athletes but also for those who suffer from muscular pains and arthritis.
